Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will refund you for the full amount as long as the return is
made within 14 days of purchase, the product is unused and is within its original packaging.
Once we have received the item, it will be checked and then a refund will be authorised to you.

PLEASE NOTE THE REFUND POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS.

Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.
If required, we can arrange a collection by our carriers however there will be a surcharge of £18 per item. This amount in non-negotiable as the price is set by our carriers.
